What services does TR Production Studios offer?
We provide full service and high quality photography, video production, content creation, editing, and creative media services on both an individual and business scale. Whether you need promotional content for your brand, social media assets, event coverage, or a fully produced project, we can help bring your vision to life. We also offer our studio as a gaming lounge and an event space. Please see our “Services” drop down menu for more information.
What types of clients do you work with?/Do I need to have a pre-established brand?
We work with businesses of all sizes, artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in creating media. No project is too small! Please see our “Partnered With” Section under the More drop down menu to see who we have created for.
Where are you located? Can we shoot off-site work?
TR Production Studios is based in the Bronx, New York at 2735 Henry Hudson Parkway. We also offer on-location production services depending on the needs of the production discussed during consultation.
Booking and Consultation
How do I get started?
Simply contact us through our email info@trproductionstudios.com with the type of service you are looking for in the subject line or fill out the form at the bottom of the homepage with any inquiries. We’ll answer your questions and schedule a consultation to discuss your goals, timeline, and budget.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. Initial consultations are free and help us understand your project so we can offer insight and recommend the best approach.
Are consultations required?
For photography, podcast, and video services, and event space rental, we require a consultation to discuss your vision and maximize the time we have together during production.
How far in advance should I book?
Depending on the project, availability, and what’s involved, book in a timely fashion to prepare.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be done through contacting us at info@trproductionstudios.com directly no later than 48 hours after booking. If not done within 48 hours, customer loses 50% of their payment.
Process
Can you help develop my idea? Do I need to come in knowing exactly what I envision?
As long as you come in with an idea, we can absolutely develop it. We can assist with creative planning, scripting, storyboarding, shot lists, and production strategy to help shape your concept.
Do you provide equipment?
Yes. We can provide professional production equipment as needed for each project. Specific equipment requirements can be discussed during consultation.
Can you work around my business hours?
Whenever possible, we schedule productions to minimize disruption to your operations.
Editing and Delivery
How long does editing and delivery take?
Editing and delivery times vary based on project scope and complexity. Specific time frames can be discussed during consultation.
Can I request revisions?
Yes.
How will I receive my final files?
Options: dropbox, google drive, portal link downloadable, SD card if brought to session
Do you provide raw footage?
Only for plug and play on your SD card.
Should I bring my own SD card/hard drive?
For plug and play, yes. For packages and single sessions edited by us,

Payment in full prior to service.
